The Patient Coordinator, Madison, was my first interaction with the practice and right away I could tell they were organized, honest, responsive, caring, compassionate & thorough. They made me feel 100% comfortable every step of the way. The surgery went great and I really did not have nearly as much pain or downtime post-op as I had expected to have.
